Go to Sleep

Are you staying awake late at night? You probably have a lot to do during the day which causes you stress at night. Getting a good night of sleep can really change the way your day goes in the morning. You will have more energy. You will be less tense. You might even have motivation to get that extra workout in on a Friday. Talk about a great way to start your weekend.

You might also consider skipping that extra soda or coffee. Having caffeine might make it impossible for you to get a good night rest. Do yourself a favor and skip it tonight. Get in bed right when your children get in bed. There is a reason they have so much energy after all. Get some rest tonight.
