Hydrate Yourself
Your body is made up primarily of water. It is estimated that about 55-60% according to water.usgs.gov. This means that we need to make sure that our bodies are constantly staying hydrated. Hydration is an important part of family health. Your children may want to go for the sugary stuff and sodas, but it is your job to teach them that water is the way to go. Sure a soda every now and then is okay, but your kids need to get at least 6-8 glasses of water per day. Are they currently drinking that much water?
Staying hydrated has many benefits for your body and your overall health. If your body is hydrated, you will have less chances of getting injured. You also will have better stamina when exercising. There is a huge list of benefits that drinking water instead of other drinks will bring you. Stay healthy, stay hydrated.
