Obviously you need to cut out alcohol, we all know that one. But you should also consider eliminating or cutting down on some of the other supplements as well. One in particular supplement to consider is caffeine. Yes, we are talking about the magical part of your morning joe. Caffeine raises your blood pressure which is not recommended during pregnancy. So if you are pregnant, try a decaf every other day or simply limit your coffee intake to under twelve ounces per day. Your new baby will appreciate it and so will you!
