Lunar Eclipse
Did you get a chance to see this morning’s Super Blue Blood Moon? People around the world gathered early today to get a chance to see the super rare celestial convergence. This event has not occurred since 1982. It is the result of multiple rare events: a supermoon, a blue moon, and a total lunar eclipse. It is always exciting to look up at the sky during an event like this. Luckily this time, because people were looking at the moon, rather than the sun, there will be less cases of people damaging their eyes. Hopefully you got a chance to look up at the sky bright and early this morning in North Texas. If not, you will have to wait. Unfortunately, this will not occur for another 19 years, in 2037.
