Dr. Susan Moreno is a board certified Family Medicine physician. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Ft. Worth/TCOM in 1999. After completing medical school she completed her residency training at UT Southwestern Family and Community Medicine
Residency Program in Dallas. Dr. Moreno is originally from Los Angeles, but has lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1987. She is fluent in Spanish and
As a Family Medicine physician, Dr. Moreno treats patients of all ages. She has experience caring for newborns, the elderly, and every age in between.
Whether you need preventative services (e.g., annual physicals, screening labs, vaccinations, biometric screening, etc.), acute care (e.g., infections, lacerations, asthma exacerbations, ingrown toe nails, etc.), or chronic disease management (e.g., high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease, depression, high cholesterol), Dr. Moreno can help. She has a knack for putting medical information into plain language and uses this ability to educate her patients about their health. Through knowledge and understanding, her patients are empowered to actively participate in determining the best course of action for their unique needs.
Dr. Moreno’s professional interests include dermatology, women’s’ health, and patient advocacy. On a personal note she enjoys photography, sewing, and gardening. She is married to Stephen Taylor, DO. They have 2 cats and 2 dogs.
