’s Warm Out!
North Texas summer heat is in full force this week! Make sure you are frugal with the amount of time you spend outside, as dehydration and heat exhaustion are very real dangers that can occur to any of us. If you or your family plan on spending time outdoors this week, make sure you try to find some shade and stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before, during and after your time spent outside. This will help your body properly keep itself cool while spending time in the heat. Try your best to spend time in air conditioned areas while you can over the next few days! Also do your best to avoid too much exposure to the sun as your skin can only take so much from its UV rays. Long sleeve, athletic clothing is great for keeping cool in the summer heat while also protecting your skin.
